Paul Wayne Richard, formerly known as Frederick Frank Stadler, 69, of Keaau, died April 3 at Pohai Malama Care Home. Born in Milwaukee, he was a musician and artist and U.S. Marine Corps Vietnam War veteran. Visitation 11:30 a.m.-noon Thursday at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 in Hilo.
